All weddings are scheduled through the Conference Department at least three months in advance after pre-marital enrichment has been completed.  The Conference Director will only confirm the date, space, and time for your event, as well as the assignment of an Elder after the enrichment has been completed.

The bride, groom, or their parents may schedule a tentative space up to six months in advance. To qualify for booking the facilities, one person must be a member of VCMI and have completed the Discovering Victory program.

Due to ministry demands of the church facilities, wedding rehearsals and ceremonies will not be scheduled on the following holidays: Easter weekend, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, the month of December, and New Year’s Day.

Wedding ceremonies and rehearsals will not be scheduled on Sundays or at times that will conflict with church services or special church events.  All parties involved in the wedding, including vendors and guests, should abide by the conduct outlined in the VCMI Wedding Guidelines.

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on church property, including parking lots. Any members of the wedding party found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from the church property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the church building.

Childcare is not provided for wedding rehearsals or ceremonies.
