EVENTS COORDINATOR needed to assist with all event-related duties (including conferences and meetings) and be the liaison for all other supporting teams in order to achieve relevant, effective and cost efficient events. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Management, administration, and finance (including contract negotiations and budgeting)

Communication and promotions
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3 to 5 years experience in meetings/tradeshows/conferences and events

Flexible attitude and exceptional customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong proofreading skills

Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and conflicting schedules and deadlines
